After many years of making learning fun, we have compiled a list of our top 6 online educational games for kids. Keep this close by for easy reference.

#1- Multiplication.com- Test your child’s quick multiplication skills with this top pick. Dozens of free games are offered including Cone Crazy and Fish Shop. This site is best for elementary students who like supplemental practice.

#2- Spellingcity.com- Does your child have weekly spelling words to practice? Use this site to enter each one into the computer. The game will create flashcards, activities and even a spelling test to help your student practice the words.

#3- Freerice.com- We love free rice at SCV tutors! Not only are the math and language questions designed according to state standards, but with every correct answer freerice.com commits to donating bags of rice to needy countries around the world.

#4- Biology4kids.com- This one is a new discovery of ours, but we love it! It’s designed to support upper elementary grades in biology concepts including cell structure, microorganisms and plants. The site takes the children through the scientific process from a hypothesis to the final statement.

#5- Spang Gang-Designed by a teacher around state standards, this site offers dozens of games to build math and reading skills overall. The fun graphics will keep kids’ attention while they’re learning.
